Excellent overnight stay, nicely refreshed rooms, shower block and toilet above average, adequate supplies. Bed very comfy,

Room 22 clean warm (Winter) 10 minute deive to most attractions.
Room 20 Guests list their key phone etc & woke us up at 12.40am to call night duty staff caretaker to get in.neverslept after that. Notmotels fault prrhaps they could have a phone outside reception door for similar situations

The hotel is huge providing basic utensil like microwave oven, fridge, kettle. But it is already enough for us. the parking is exactly outside the room, we are lucky that living at the ground floor so we do not have to carry our luggage to the 1st floor. the room is huge and clean with reasonable price during xmas, fit what i need.

The hotel is huge providing basic utensil like microwave oven, fridge, kettle. But it is already enough for us. the parking is exactly outside the room, we are lucky that living at the ground floor so we do not have to carry our luggage to the 1st floor. the room is huge and clean with reasonable price during xmas, fit what i need.

Stayed here twice during our Tasmanian holiday. First time we had a 2 bedroom unit which was very comfortable.
Second time was studio which wasn't as comfortable but adequate - shower was tiny and a little uncomfortable. Staff are lovely from reception to cleaning. Very handy spot for the city and dining out at Elizabeth street restaurant area.

Accommodation was within walking distance to the centre of Hobart. Room and facilities very clean, catered for all my needs eg. self-contained kitchen, bathroom, TV, comfortable bed, safe and secure car bay. Reception staff very hospitably and informative in relation to how to get about Hobart on foot.
