Very poor experience with shuttle: I and 2 others were exactly on time at the shuttle after a delay in checking out. It was exiting the parking lot when we got to the ground floor so left early. Evening meal ok and not realistic to go elsewhere: service was fine,

What a nice property that is convenient to the Sydney Domestic Terminal. Originally booked this because we could walk there from domestic but decided to take the Sydney Super Shuttle (pay for after arrive at hotel) which we are glad we did because would have been difficult to walk with much luggage. Booked the return shuttle to International terminal through the hotel and was a wise, convenient, economical choice. Excellent hotel, staff with a very quiet room being this close to the airport. They also gave us a breakfast bag since we had to leave before the commentary breakfast opened. Highly recommend this facility.

We arrived a bit late, the front staff was quite nice. Quick and clearly. We like the bed, very comfortable, and the breakfast, simple and nice.
However, the design of the toilet seems not too well. You have to be very careful when you take the shower, otherwise the water is very easy to flow out.
But the location is good.

Good value hotel. Less than 20 minutes to walk there with suitcases from the domestic terminal. Friendly staff. Room decor was nice. Quiet rooms.
Airport shuttle was $12 per person and runs onn set times, requiring a booking. It was on time and efficient.
Only ate breakfast here, which was ok.
Very happy with the room and price. I did find the bed felt small for a queen bed and the bed sheet didn't fit properly and was lifting off the mattress.
Would recommend this hotel for 1 night.
