Cool property above local bar/restaurant with easy beach access.

Good location. Room disappointing. I booked a verandah room thinking it would give me more light.But common balcony so couldn't leave door open and windows tinted out. So dark room. No staff on front desk. And couldnt work out if parking costs more (so park in nearby public car park).Noisey fri and sat nights

Friendly staff, the manager knew my name. The entire check-in was miraculously easy - Are you so&so? - Yes I am. - Welcome, here is you key, room # is to the right. That was it. Big smile from the manager lady and cannot-be-simpler blasting speed check-in bit any 4- & 5-star hotel I have been to. In other words, easy going relatable approach goes a long way. the hotel room was neet and appeared nicely renovated. All rooms are at the upper level of a big estate, which is a big dinning venue downstairs. The hotel itself is part of a vibrant local community with shops and cafes around. No noise issues in the room. 2 free vouchers for drinks at the sport bar downstairs. Nice collection of teas in the room. The room with a porch/balcony, coffee table outside and with the views on a bay. Well done, Huskisson Hotel, keep it up!

Property located in a very central area, close to the beach and restaurants. Room 8 was very noisy, we spoke to Rachel, who spoke to the Manager and upgraded us to a Queen size ocean view front with no issues what so ever. Very friendly staff and good food at the pub. Rachel was great. Overall we had a lovely stay.😊

The property was not what it was portrayed on line. It is very dark and gloomy. Very noisy with a poor outlook from the balcony. I ate at the hotel and i can say the food was excellent.

Overall the stay was nice but don't book at this property if you're a light sleeper.

Clean and comfortable room with access to shared balcony, suitable for our overnight stay, which was the last leg in our coastal journey from Victoria and up the NSW coastline. We stayed on a Thursday night so minimal disturbance from facilities below. Warm, welcoming check in and loved the free drink vouchers, great after a days travel. Food was amazing from bistro below, a definite winner there! Within walking distance to beach and ocean which was lovely to explore. This place is all about location and great for all travellers.

Pleasant stay for a couple of days. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Not a huge room, but enough for shorter stays. The water view rooms are larger with bigger bathrooms also. I would definitely stay here again.

The property did not appear the same as advertised. There are no lifts available considering all accomodation is on the first floor.

Convenient place to stay. Quite a small room, no real view/window and is quite noisy from the pub downstairs.

Great location and walkable to pretty much everything you need including shops, restaurants and the beach. The room and main entrance area all need upgrading as they feel outdated compared to the restaurant section of the hotel. Average rating for cleanliness, some parts felt a little bit grubby. Food on site was excellent and nice to have received a free drinks voucher on arrival. Plenty of free parking on site and nearby.

Sadly, this was a very disappointing booking. The property is in need of repairs and general maintenance. Our balcony ceiling was slowly collapsing but made for a good bird nest. The bathroom is very tired with a minuscule sink and shower that leaks onto the floor. The room was fairly small and dark. The air conditioner swivel vane was partially broken. Finally, the hallway door was missing the closer, so it was propped open allowing the music from the bar to emanate into the room. Along with road noise, we slept with our earplugs. Only positive was proximity to the water.

Wry big place. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday and was still noisy so dread to think what it would be like at the weekend. Room small but serviceable. But decor tired. If going back to Huskisson would stay somewhere else. Staff were lovely and friendly.

A great pub accommodation, clean and convenient with excellent air conditioning.

Checkin was very simple, room clean & comfortable. Close to all amenities, shops & cafes. Perfect for a convenient stop over with food & views on sight.
