From checking in to checking out, the experience was fantastic. Also, staff’s care and kindness was impressive. As a matter of fact, after checking out, we noticed that our small daughter’s toy was missing and the hotel staff searched and found kindly and arranged delivery home, which is really cared.
I highly recommend this accommodation.

Clean and quiet rooms. Staff were wonderfully caring, polite and helpful. Parking was easy. Lots of incredible restaurants within close walking distance.

first time stay in ibis hotel, for Melbourne Glen Waverley, price is fare based on what they offer, only if you would like to add breakfast need to add AU 25 bucks, its a bit high. plus, if u need wifi, need to pay extra which is bit surprise me. Lots hotels offer wifi service nowadays. overall, its a standard hotel, which is clean, safe, fare rate.

Bed was comfortable room was clean. Wasn't pleased with being charged extra for a roll out bed that was meant to be removed on night 2. Its not a huge cost but still pretty poor that we paid an extra night for a bed that was not used when I specifically asked for it to be removed.

No heating in the rooms. Arrives after flight from UK and had to move room twice. In the end is was given a small portable heater to use for the week. Not ideal given it was 4 degrees overnight. The manager gave me two free drinks at the bar as a goodwill gesture.
