Great location, very convenient to go everywhere and there are Cole’s supermarket and stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will choose to stay here again if I visit Brisbane.

The staff is not helpful or friendly. Asked the front desk staff for a couple of things, but their gesture made me feel like they want to answer.
The room wall is not soundproofed, and I can hear all the other guests walking around. Also, the sound of the housekeeping work during the morning time.

Horrible. There is a bar downstairs and too noisy every night. And most miserable thing is truck comes and goes every late night and early morning and makes very loud noisy. The hotel should not sell lower floor’s room. The windows is not sound-proof.

之前往這間酒店，是有齊浴室用具的，但是這一次住這間酒店除了沐浴露僕一切公奉，令我要自己外出買洗髮水、護髮素、牙膏及牙刷等等用品，感覺非常不好。
