The distance from Tullamarine T4 to the hotel was within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. I had a hearty breakfast. The sunrise view from my room was marvelous.

Great proximity to Terminal 4 at airport. Earplugs to block plane noise would be handy for a better sleep. Facilities as expected. Clearer instructions on use of under ground parking would be beneficial. Room temp was set at min 20 degrees which was hot for sleeping.

The property is clean and rooms are nice. But there is no way to get hotel info because there is no phone. They siggest to use QR code but this does not function at all. No use of it. So had to go downstairs several times just to ask question. Very inconvenient.

The location is great. I could check-in at the airport in the evening and after falling asleep again in the morning and waking up again just 20 Minutes prior to boarding I still made it on time. At the same time the room offered a great bathroom and a perfect bed. Prior to the stay I did not get an answer to my questions about parking and made different arrangements which resulted in not staying there upon returning from Tasmania. Overall, you get what you expect from a ibis styles.

Need serious update of software of the the AI computer screen check in. Didn't display the info regarding the extra charge of 100$ deposit holding although you have booked the room on line and all the info has already been provided. Need a mini shuttle to T4 as it is quite a walk expecially the weather is playing up. Thats the most impoortant reason you pay more than 200 $ to stay in an airport hotel for only a few hours between your flight. Also not much of airport run shuttle busues operte at wee hours in the morning.
