The room was comfortable including the Queen bed and very clean and tidy.
We were on the 2nd floor so 2 flights of at least 10 or 12stairs plus 2 smaller stairs of about 4 in each. I managed but wouldn't have 4wks ago due to a respiratory infection. If you have difficulty walking there is no lift. The stairs would present as a problem than.
Also parking is not at the motel, that was a bit of a shock as just assumed that it would be. It's about 5mins away and very narrow if you had a bigger car or ute like Ford ranger would be a very tight fit.
But on plus side, staff at reception were very nice and went out of their way to assist.

The location was great. The hotel itself is very much in need of an update. There were tiles missing in the bathroom floor, the rug needs stretching, the lighting in bathroom was less than ideal.
The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked questions.

My room was clean. I wish there were blackout curtains though. And the hotel does not have a fitness room. There is one shared key for a nearby gym and you're out of luck of another guest is using it.
