Very clean and tidy. Cozy room. Helpful staff. Just a few minutes walk to Macquarie University. Convenient to shop and have dinner at the nearby shopping centre!

The room which has the lake view was clean and tidy. The towels are so white and fresh. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. I would give the hotel a rating of 9 out of ten.

前一个星期六入住过这家酒店,喜欢它的安静舒适.这次复活节假期,再次入住.结果令人失望.
入住登记,得到的房间是一楼101,也就是楼下第一间.看到房门外就是空旷漆黑的夜地,太太胆小希望前台帮忙调到二楼房间(大楼只有两层).也知道有空房间(依据是停车场没几辆车).结果被拒绝.好不容易说服太太勉强住下.不料,更令人难以接受的是:由晚上12点多开始直到早上5点多,楼上的201房住客一直断断续续弄出很多声音,有搬动家具的声音有敲打的声音有重物掉地的声音.可是就没有人去管管.自己也不想为这种事情上楼纠缠,因为明白这样的人品你与他争执并无好处.唯一能做的事就是:以后绝不会再次入住这家酒店.而且,所说的免费停车是让你把车停到大路边而没有停车场提供.

good view with small room, location is not very convenience if you want to go to city but there is Macquarie centre in the corner. left my suit in the room when I checked out, lost it and didn't get it back
