The apartment room is huge and clean. The room equipped with complete facilities, such as TV, refrigerator, washing machine, cool kitchen, etc. The staff are helpful and friendly. Its kitchen is fully-equipped as well so we can cook everyday :)

Ada salah satu staffnya rasis terhadap kami karena kami memakai jilbab. Dari 1 kali datang sambutannya nggak sopan menanyakan, "Are you sure you here?" Padahal dia belum liat voucher hotel kita. Dan masih ada lagi perlakuannya yang sopan kepada kita... minta extension cable dia bilang, "Kalau kamu butuh ambil sendiri kebawah." Tapi kami sudah melaporkan ke managernya, semoga ditindak tegas staf itu.

Everything was perfect. Location: very close to free tram stop, minimarket, mosque (melbourne madinah). Complete facilities like kitchen utensils, big refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction stove, sink, dishwasher machine, washing machine plus dryer and good amenities. Bed also perfect. Free WiFi with strong connection if we become a member. The officers at front desk were friendly and very helpful. Thank you. we'll come back definitely someday. I cannot give a review about the meal cause we never eat there
