還沒去之前，看見前人評論說很髒有蟑螂，我一直很擔心。可是去了以後，覺得很乾淨啊，環境也很好啊。比較不順利的是進停車場，鐵門無法感應開啟。想不到管理員居然親自上來示範，很親切。這裡提醒大家，如果出大門時沒有感應成功，系統就不知道你開車出去了，回來當然就會進不來喔，我們就是這樣差點被搞死。

The room is big because I have booked a Twin rooms with 2 bathrooms. It is very comfortable. The location is convenience. There is shopping mall besides the hotel. We can go through the hotel corridor to walk to the main road. There is many restaurants nearby. We can walk to the beach along the road and it takes around 5 - 10 minutes. 灰狗 station is nearby so we can take the bus to Brisbane.

We booked 1 room apartment and the room is big. Very sparious for 2 ppl. Location is good and very close to shops and restaurants in surfer paradise. With a indoor and outdoor swimming pool and have gym and sauna.
Bad things are: NO Free WIFI! The room condition is a bit old yet still clean. No everyday cleaning service.

最大優點在於"地點"，樓下就是MALL且散步五分鐘即可到達海灘。但沒有免費WIFI，建築物有些年紀，我們住在低樓層，一面即是購物中心停車場(安全疑慮)。房間的寢具較為粗糙。

31樓的無敵海景景觀，實在是畢生難忘！
靠近海灘、鬧市，商場樓上，坐電梯便利店就可到達超市、便利店、食肆。
房內設施亦算齊全，洗衣乾衣機、爐頭、抽油煙機、洗碗碟機、吸塵機、基本煮食器具都一應俱全。
唯獨清潔稍欠佳，廚房地板是黏黏的，入住期間都多次見到蟑螂。
更可惜的是電器如客廳燈（隔天已維修）、冷氣及廁所抽氣扇不能運作、大門鎖膽損壞，都令我不能給他們完美評級。

位置很棒，在冲浪者天堂核心区域，露台上的风景很美，离超市购物餐饮都很近。服务很棒，有什么问题都热心解决。寝具很舒适。唯一不方便的是两室公寓只有一个卫生间，全家出游时稍有不便。
