You can’t beat the location. Apartment has everything you need including a furnished balcony to watch the pedestrians, beaches, and beachside activities! The room was clean, simple, and everything we needed! The AC was a great way to welcome us back each day after our activities. The hosts were excellent and provided us with great recommendations for activities over our stay. We would highly recommend if you’re looking for a no frills, clean apartment in an outstanding location!

We arrived late in the evening, and unfortunately havent catched the procedure of late arrival. Fortunately Rhonda came and saved us.
The apertment got all conviences we needed, and the view from the balcony was stunning - right out to the sea.
We will definitely stay at Marlin Waters next time we are travelling to Palm Cove.

This property was in the perfect beach location, directly across from the safe swim area. The woman working at reception was very helpful, kind, nice. The outside of the building could use a little updating. The decor is basic, but clean. We would recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although basic, the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and well kept with a fantastic view of the ocean. Helpful, friendly managers and excellent location. We enjoyed falling asleep and waking to the sound of the waves and would certainly choose to stay here again.

The location of Marlin Waters is fantastic....right in the middle of everything and directly opposite the netted swimming area. The Surf Club is right next door and a host of restaurants are within short walking distance.
Our apartment was spacious, modern and clean and had a great view of the water.
Rhonda was wonderful and so helpful after our flight was cancelled and we had to rush off to catch an earlier flight. In our haste to leave, we left our car keys behind which Rhonda kindly found and mailed back.
We would definitely recommend a stay at Marlin Waters!

Fantastic location loved the fact that it is a stones throw to the beach. Our apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area could do with an update, very hot during the middle of the day, could do with some umbrellas for shade.
