Thank you Julie and Steve for the most amazing mini vacay we’ve had for years!! I almost didn’t book this place after reading some people’s reviews, the building may be a little older but the apartments are so well appointed and absolutely spotless and the location is incredible and completely unaffected by the Gold Coast Highway road work chaos that’s going on right now. The pool is absolutely beautiful and gorgeous Mermaid Beach is not even 100m down the street with various places to eat and coffee. Absolutely everything was provided in the apartment and the provision of beach towels was also appreciated as we spent most of our four days in the water! The secure underground parking was also a plus, especially when driving a rental car and worrying about leaving it in the street. I can’t even think of one thing that could have made the stay any better, I loved it, my kids loved it and this is my new go to when hitting the Gold Coast in future, I’m not even going to look anywhere else! Value for money isn’t even comparable when you know what you get in all of the run down, dank Gold Coast motels that would have been more expensive than this and a lot less secure and enjoyable! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, don’t hesitate to book Montana Palms, 5 Star, in my opinion!!

Great place. Apartments were a great size and a bonus 2nd bathroom. Air conditioned and a laundry too. Pool was a great size and the whole place was tidy. Car parking was underneath the block. Steve the manager was amazing to communicate with. Its about 100m to the beach and 40m to the bus stop. The metro is being extended down and will soon stop right at the bottom of the street. Being out of surfers was a bonus. Kids were able to chill.

Great place to stay with a family, close to the beach and all major shops. Surprisingly quiet location even though its right off Gold Coast hwy.
