maybe i'm mean in saying this: an intuitively good motel deserves upkeep of tidiness, clean up and constant minor repairs

It is a convenicence motel.Very close to shopping centre with tram nearby.The staff is very kind & helpful.He will serve you immediately even answer your phone call at once.It is so impressed that it is a quiet accomodation where you can have a sweet dream everynight!

We travel often, and this is probably the worst motel we have stayed. Although the bed itself seemed fairly new, we were not confident that the bedsheets had been changed. In most motels, the bedsheets are clean, ironed, and neatly laid out, but that was not the case here. The bathroom was very old, and the bathroom door could not close properly. At night, we could hear other guests playing loud music, which made it difficult to sleep. The music started again early in the morning around 6 am. Overall, we did not feel comfortable during our stay and did not have a good experience at this motel.

Beds clean and tidy but facilities very dilapidated. Paint work, tiling, joinery. No chairs in room. Noisy neighbours.

Never stay here, they run a brothel here, very noisy crazy people yelling and fighting all night. No sleep was had, booked 4 nights left after 2 as too scared to stay and had no sleep anyway. Awful rip off

Health department needs to shut this place down. Unsafe. Drunks and drug users and dealers live permanently on the premises. No fire safety AT ALL.

Door lock chain missing and door lock was only a knob and button - did not sleep as felt unsafe the entire night.. Noisy and constant chatter right through till morning. Bathroom was a health & safety risk - water on floor, drawers screwed shut, no exhaust fan.

Beware they charge $50 deposit at check-in for your keys, and you have to be on top of your credit card. They failed to refund my deposit until I checked my card statements and rang them up. The place was under renovation so there's lots of noisy workmen doing renovations with power tools. Bathroom didn't have a door at all, and the table/bench they provided was dangerously insecure to support the TV as well as your bags. There are better places that are more competitive and professional than this place.

This motel is a Terrible for a year i live on Saturday 11 January when i check in at 2pm he say the room is not ready i have to wait for one hour after when i got the key i check the room is don't have air-conditioning only got fan now Australia is summer last Saturday is very hot 34 how can the room don't have Air-conditioning i ask change other room he tell me other rooms the same only got fans the air-conditioning is too old i ask he in the hotel.com ads show up got air-conditioning why he say become it's old so now they fixed change also he said every rooms the TV don't have remote control because the Customer broken the remote control I think he lying i don't believe he said i think they just keep the remote controls how can got this Motel this is my first time stay this motel also this is the last time so Terrible

Needs updating

It's a pretty good price for what it is. My room needed hanging space, preferably a wardrobe. Small plates and mugs and spoons, but could've done with a cutting board, and a couple of dinner plates. Perhaps a table a chairs would make this room more comfortable. Airconditioning needs fixing as leaked onto bed. Extra toilet roll would be helpful. They charge a key deposit of $50.00, refundable upon return of key. This is not explained on website. Other than above, quite a comfortable bed and stay overall.

Staff friendly. Room poor, probably not up to code. Room light sitting on two nails!?! Bathroom light switch broken. No a/c remote. No chair. Not recommended.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews on this property before booking as we wanted somewhere close to a function we were attending in the Surrey Hills area and this fit the bill for price and location. At reception a lady attended eventually who seemed unsure of the process, explaining her partner was otherwise occupied. The cost of $125 quickly changed to $175 when she advised I needed to pay a key deposit which I wasn't aware of before booking. She explained it would be refunded to my credit card when key was returned. The room itself was clean, we checked the bed and it was comfortable and clean. My partner wanted to shower and change before we left for the function and the light in the bathroom didn't work (no outside window) so had to leave the door open and we couldn't stop the shower dripping after, noisy enough to need to shut door so we could sleep later. We slept on and off with lots of noise and voices which seemed to be cleaners or workers loading trailers or utes with metal. When we finally woke at 6am we dressed hurriedly and left, dropping the key in the security box at the office. We didn't use the bathroom as there was no light and I had a general feeling of unsafe while there. Since then 27 October, the refund has not been paid. I have called 3 times since to be told by a male person that he needed the physical credit card so I emailed him my card details, then he hasn't had time to look at his emails. DO NOT STAY HERE

Cold showers, lack of basic necessities like toilet paper. Way too expensive for what I got
