Overall very nice stay. Location: Close to King’s Park and Elisabeth Quay Station. About 10 mins walk to the malls and CBD. Room is spacious and clean. Very comprehensive setup for the kitchen. Good room service, just need to ask the receptionist for replacement. 2 setbacks. First is the second bedroom. Only window, no fans or aircon in the room. It’s very hot in summer especially if there is heatwave. Yes there’s air con in the living room but the cold air can’t really circulate into the room. Second is the knives are a bit blunt.

I chose to stay there for my graduation trip because it is very near to UWA and it is one of the safest area along Mounts Bay Road in Perth. There is a great restaurant just right next to the main reception so you do not have to worry if you are hungry and tired to go out at night.

Free WIFI only available for first 3 days. It was the differ from the hotel service details mentioned at Expedia. Staff had cleaned up the room everyday but it made worst day by day. The rubber seal traps of the washing machine door has many black dots. I think it should be mildew. The room allocated to us is closed to the highway so that a bit noise.

The car park is so difficult to drive in, there is no temporary parking place for check-in, cars are stuck when there is someone checking in. The apartment is spacious, but not very clean and quite old.

good location and easy access to sightseeing, bus, restaurants. close to botanic garden. very helpful staff and quick service.

In Perth city nears King's Park, location is perfect. I live here for 2 weeks but just provide 2 times per week for cleaning services is not enough. The water pressure in bathroom shower is a too weak. Overall, all equipment are too old.

Good option for family. The water heater made some noise when using it.

I stay in here for 10 days, the environment around is nice, which can let me relax. For the room, it is comfort like home. It included laundry and kitchen. However, there does not hv any wifi, u hv to pay and it's expensive. For those business ppl, u need to be award about that. Also, they don't provide teethbrush and toothpaste, u hv to bring / buy yr own. Overall for tht, I think this hotel is pretty gd, it nears the city and vy convinent. People can look around the swan river nearby, which is vy relax.

Great location, pool, gym and secure parking included, reception staff were friendly and helpful, the room was simple but clean and had everything we needed for an extended stay including a washing machine and private terrace it was good value for money overall and I would definitely recommend.

We booked the one bedroom apartment. The room were very clean and beds were comfortable. Very convenient location to Elizabeth Quay and CBD. Will definitely come back to stay again.

The lady at reception was lovely and very helpful, as were the breakfast staff. Whilst the room was comfortable it did look as if it was due a lick of paint.

Lovely place to stay with the family. The two bedroom villa was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the natural feel of the resort.
