The hotel room is modern and cozy, however the soundproof is terrible as I can almost hear everything from my next door, and the door of shower does not sealed properly so there is always a flood after each shower. I commented this to the staffs when I was checking out, and apparently it is a known issue if you are unlucky enough as myself to get one of the connected rooms without any prior notification.

Very modern hotel with nice room design and nice bedding. The bed and pillows are comfy. Nice location at the eastern side of the CBD. Slightly away from the busiest part of the city but everywhere is still within 15-minutes walking distance (or can take free trams).
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping needs to be more attentive tho. There was a sock and a piece of chips under the shoe wreck possibly left by the previous visitors. We even left a note for the housekeeper but nobody ever cleared them through out the 5 days LOL
Other than that everything is good

The breakfast was a huge let down
I stayed at the Hyatt last week
and the breakfast was out standing and yet the price was almost the same.
This was nothing more than continental I’ve had better at a backpackers
It took 20mins to get some eggs, toast wouldn’t fit in toaster and only a small toaster for like 20+ people it felt like half a buffet and half an ale carts menu like you didn’t want to put anything into it
