Nightcap at Commercial Hotel

Comfortable and spacious room! Good to have travel-size shampoos and body wash.

有免費停車，房間空間大、清潔舒適。雖然沒有電梯，但工作人員親切，看到我們行李很多，主動幫我們用貨梯將行李運上2樓。1樓有餐廳跟賭場，房客可以有一杯免費的飲料，真的很棒！旁邊就有加油站，還有subway 可以吃。

Check in was a great,very friendly and welcoming. Room was excellent, clean and amenities. Felt very secure and separate from the main bar downstairs. Very generous with discounts on food and drink vouchers. Exceeded our expectations at this price point.

Closed for Good Friday so had to follow a bunch of instructions to access building/room. Would have been ok except received multiple emails and texts with drip fed info - could have been done with one proper email. Room was ok although clearly not vacuumed. Questioned cleanliness of everything else after that but seemed clean enough.

My only comment is the iron and kettle could be updated other than that I was very happy

The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us!

Handy to the highway. Was quiet and clean. Perfect for our very short stay.

I stayed at other Nightcap hotel before, it was great so I chose the same group. But it was quite disappointed in this one. Room was huge and you can get free vouchers for drinks which was nice, but the shower room was not clean properly, some sand on the floor and hairpins as well.

We had just been to a completely different hotel which was filthy, noisy and stank. At short notice, we needed another place to escape to. Upon arrival we were unsure if we had chosen properly. It looked like it was going to be noisy above a pub and on a main road. We were pleasantly surprised!!! The man who met us was super friendly. The room was large, spotless and quiet. The food we ordered from room service was amazing. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We really couldn’t fault it and would happily stay again!
