入住三房的房間，其中一間房間沒有窗，比較悶熱，房間設計不太實用。連住四天，房間只給執拾床鋪，沒有吸塵，地上紙碎一直沒被清走。第一天發現水煲內有大量鐵銹，不能接受，告知大堂，第二天給換來一個全新的。

Nice location and there is a convenience store nearby the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. We requested a firm mattress and high floor, all were provided. We can walk to the main streets for around 20mins. However, the electric cooking ovens are not effective and the drying function of the washing machine is very slow.

The guests must use their room card to access the lift to reach their own floor. The apartment is bright, tidy, big and comfortable. Our room on 18/Fl, so we can get the good views whenever day or night. The hotel located in the main street, Lonsdale , Chinatown is just 3 mins apart to it and also Bourke St. Chinatown have a lot of restaurants and eateries. Bourke St have eateries, cafe shops, many different malls. Free circle tram is nearby and only 45 mins can take a round-trip of the city.
