Absolutely wonderful. Being a single female staying in an apartment they specifically made sure I had a secure 1st floor apartment (not ground level) and explained it to me. Staff were delightful. Upgraded me from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment. Secure parking, trolley for luggage, easy access to lifts. Spacious, clean & modern room. Definitely will stay again & recommend.

Room was reasonable. Clean etc. step over bath for shower which wouldn’t suit everyone. And blinds should be updated to block out as lights outside shine through all night impossible to block so light room. Biggest issue though I didn’t realize backs onto main train line and building site across the road. Busy main road so quite noisy.

We loved our stay at Pacific Marina. The Unit was spacious and well appointed. Everything was very clean (the only thing I would say is that I would prefer a shower instead of a shower-bath) but apart from that, no complaints. The pools are also really good and an easy walk to Jetty Beach

Great accommodation - only comment is that when allocated a larger apartment than booked, the messages everywhere about charging you if you use the extra room are a little direct and impolite. Surely not being able to provide the booked room is something the accomodation has to bear the consequences of?

Whole property is very well maintained and kept. Room was extremely spacious and clean. Excellent balcony and furnishings. Cafes and beach a stone’s throw away. 5th stay at this property. Will be back.

Bec at reception is wonderful!
Overall we had a very relaxing holiday, just disappointed we couldn’t use the balcony as planned due to the outdoor furniture being covered in bird poo. Owner needs to consider having furniture better suited to the conditions in materials that can be maintained easily by the housekeeping team.
Otherwise the property is well furnished and maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
