Staff at the reception were very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the view was beautiful, looking over the water way. Room with kitchen, fridge and dishwasher. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely not hesitate to stay again. Would recommend this hotel!

Our apartment had everything we needed, lot's of room, lovely reception staff and a very convenient location.

The room had an excellent view of the river. The location on the river-bend provides views in both directions. This room with a river view cost a bit extra. The staff were very helpful in organising for a sofa-bed to be set up at short notice as another person unexpectedly joined us for a couple of days. The apartment was large and quite well-equipped and clean. The hotel is near Roma Street station (which has direct trains from airport) and quite convenient to the QPAC and museums on the other side of the river. It is slightly out of the main part of the CBD. The restaurant provides breakfast but is mostly not open in the evenings. No-one seemed to know which evenings it would open which made it difficult to plan dinner. However the Transcontinental Hotel is nearby and a good place to eat (we could also prepare meals in the room). There is a potential for road noise (due to busy roads nearby) but we were high enough up that it didn't matter.

飯店離Roma street車站走路大概5分鐘，離最近的超市coles走路約10分鐘，飯店本身附近沒甚麼可以買的或逛的。很滿意公寓式的套房，鍋具廚具碗盤調味料都很齊全，但浴室的備品不含牙刷牙膏，也未提供免費的瓶裝礦泉水。也許是因為非處於鬧區，晚上很安靜。

Me and my mun stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel was 5-minute distance from train station. Room was spacious with open kitchen and a bed room. We could see bridges and part of Southbank from our room thought our room was on the 3rd floor! Both the day and night view was gorgeous.
On our 2nd day, we would like to cook in our kitchen but the electric stove was somehow not working. I called the reception for help then the staff came to our room to test and try to fix the problem. She was very willing to help (I though her name was April) but unfortunately the stove was still not functioning. I could feel how sorry she was although it was not her fault! Anyway thanks April for being so helpful. That was really a warm experience to me.:)
Will recommend this hotel to every travelling to Brisbane. Suitable for families with kids and couples. I will definitely choose Park Regis North Quay if I am in Brisbane again!

Self serviced apartment offers home feel living place, spacious, clean and comfortable. Most of all, the open kitchen is well equipped with quite enough housewares and electrical applicances that help us a lot in cooking.

Location was very convenient for me and my elderly sister. Room was very comfortable but the toilet was a problem. It was difficult to use the shower as the water tends to run towards the room. The floor between the toilet and room is also uneven. Need to be bit careful when you walk. Front desk could be more friendly.

hotel ok...restaurant not operating, a pity as nowhere else to eat nearby.
But the insistance on online checking in before arrival was difficult, too 1.5 hours as so many problems with the system. And it was completely unnecessary.
They should make it optional because it is very unwieldly, insists on haveing a copy of driving licence or passport even if you live in australia... and we oldies struggle with computers without neeing to learn about taking and uploading photos!
