We had a large car so parking was not easy The hotel needs to be renovated.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful with local amenities. The room was spacious the bed and bedding, towels clean and good condition unfortunately the carpet was very very dirty. The bathroom basin wasn’t draining as it should and the shower recess could have been cleaner. We could only get a few channels on tv. The parking across from rooms was a swamp land after rain and was an unsealed surface. These issues should not reflect on the working staff perhaps the owners. It’s a good location but traffic very heavy

Very run down property car park was not clean wouldn’t recommend for a person who is disabled as the parking area was very bad and steps into the room and shower shower had mould in there definitely not for disabled people properly needs a major renovations no eating tables only one chair bed was hard service was very poor rubbish was left in back of car park

The place was dirty, run down, damaged, felt unsafe. Wouldn't let my dog stay overnight here, told the reception it is well below acceptable standard but they refused to give a refund. Avoid.

I locked myself out and reception opened for me in the middle of the night.

The rates were low and the property was located close to the university. It is looking a bit tired, but I did not have any problems there. There is nowhere to eat there, but lots of restaurants within a short walk.

Ok for our needs. Super close to uni. Room.clean but tired. Area not the best. Someone sleeping in their car outside our room. Staff very helpful and nice

Family run business, very close to La Trobe Uni. You can tell the family has struggled to get thru and back from covid times, but theyre still open and still trying with a smile on their face :-)

I didn’t even stay - pulled up out the front, rif raf hanging around outside each room, unregistered car in driveway, online pictures were not what it looked like today. Did not feel safe- continued to drive and booked a nearby quest for the exact same price. Was refunded luckily thank fully. I wasn’t staying there as a single mum with my son.

This property was dirty, noisy and I felt unsafe. Despite the room being a non smoking room, it smelt of smoke. The bathroom, shower and sky light in particular were covered in black mould. I was so disgusted that I showered in my socks. The room appeared otherwise clean but was in desperate need of love - walls dinted, holes were mended with dodgy platering and paint, general scuffing. Slept with the light on beacuse I was unsure if the door was actually locked or not. It was NOT worth the $150 for the night.

It was very basic clean but stains on benches and parking was difficult

I'm sorry but the rooms need a little care. The carpet was extremely dirty with lots of marks. The room could do with a coat of paint and replacing the carpets.

A big disappointment, not as advertised. Smelly, poorly maintained (cupboard doors falling off, mold in bathrooms), garbage outside the doors, dodgy men hanging about- really unsafe. Left four days early into an eight night booking, refused any kind of refund. Worif should no longer work with them.

Very close to La Trobe University Bundoora was its primary charm. I underestimated how busy & noisy Plenty Road would be. Pack ear plugs!

Dirty sheets on the bed when I arrived and wet towels in the bathroom from the previous person, and had to make my own bed, will not be going back
