From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
There was no assistance available for check-in. I had to wait outside and call the hotel multiple times. When someone finally answered, they were unhelpful and even ended the call abruptly without explanation or courtesy.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strange and unpleasant odor. I couldn't identify the source, but it made the room extremely uncomfortable to stay in.
To make matters worse, the room was not soundproofed at all. I was repeatedly woken up by traffic noise from outside early in the morning, making restful sleep impossible.
Overall, this stay was a nightmare. I am relieved to have left and will certainly never return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that future guests don’t have a similar experience.

Went to this property because I have stayed in the past and was fine. Is now run remotely, service is terrible,my elderly parents came to visit and arrived a couple of hours early, they charged $40 extra to check in early!!!
So much for customer service, especially to arrive and find most of the hotel vacant. AC did not work, washing machine made such a racket that we just used a laundromat anyway. Very disappointed in this property now and will not be returning.
The way this property is managed, I highly recommend you find another property if you like a bit of service when you pay to stay at a hotel!!!

Great location. Neat and tidy rooms. Easy check in process. No kitchette as stated in the app only tea and coffee making facilities. Tried to get clean coffee cups for 2 days and still didn’t get them. Communication and house keeping not great. Arrived late and went to try the restaurant but it closed early due to no customers. Tried both spas and neither seemed to work. This place has great potential but needs some improvements.

Contactless reception so no one around to help with anything. No lifts and steep stairs to navigate with heavy suitcases. Broken light switches so no light over food/drink preparation area or 1bed. We stayed 2 nights but there were no fresh towels (unless we were staying a week).
At over $250 per night for a twin room, I expect a bit more service.

Overall, this stay was a nightmare. I am relieved to have left and will certainly never return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that future guests don’t have a similar experience.
