Peppers The Hills Lodge

對於自駕遊嘅旅客．這是一個很好的住宿。15分鐘車程可以找到很多美食。酒店歺廳內有自助早餐，每位收費AUD25,雖然食物選擇不多，只有腸仔。煙肉… 6款熱食，但煙肉做得出色。冇限咖啡菓汁添飲，這個價格很不錯。所選的是三人房，與相片提供間格一樣。房間簡潔，只是因為地毯略為扣分。浴室水壓很好。是在澳洲找到比較好的一所。整體算是尚好，下次會再入住

離市區算是有點遠，搭公車要一個小時，下車之後走路還要15分鐘，如果自己有租車大概半小時的車程。環境算是不錯，但是如果行程大多是在市區附近，不建議選這！

We always enjoy our stay at the Hills Lodge as the rooms are very well appointed, the staff are friendly and the surrounding gardens are well maintained. The position on a main road is the only downside

Do not have a spa as advertised

Staff were all extremely friendly and efficient. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, all staff I encountered were happy and obliging. The rooms are very clean and comfortable but I would have liked a bit more lighting as I found the room a bit dark. Apart from that, couldn't fault the property. Will definitely stay again in the future, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I was unhappy that they did not transfer a breakfast that I had paid for to the additional day stay. Receptionist very unhelpful.

Good facilities and staff

Stayed for one night and had some lovely food in the restaurant and a great night's sleep. Great value for the price we paid. Regretted not going for the breakfast buffet for $25

All around a lovely place, but there's a few things you can improve. We arrive at the hotel after 9pm from a conference and couldn't order room service, since the restaurant close early, maybe something you should consider. Also was not lights around the property at the entrance to our room and we are on our seventies and wasn't that save for us, and due to my mobility was closer for us to go through the back as it was few steps to the room, but we love the place and planning to go back, will be good to see improvements on our return.

Thermostat not working in room, no breakfast menu in room to order overnight, 2 single beds pushed together rather than king mattress. Room service dinner was delicious.

Lovely clean modern facilities with a lovely Tudor style architecture. well located, easy to find and lovely gardens. Rooms modern. But would love a king-sized bed

A comfortable and quiet spot. Absolutely comfortable beds! Spacious room, too. Couldn’t fault the place on presentation. Enjoyed excellent sleep.
