Really great stay. Comfortable with great staff and very interesting location with lots of walking paths nearby. Gym was missing free weights and equipment was older and needed a bit of maintenance but we were able to get our workouts in. Overall a nice stay.

Let down by parking as you have to pay 12 dollars a day as nowhere else to park plus pain at night if you go out tlii late as barrier has a mind of its own. No supermarket below as shut down a while ago but petrol and hungry jacks across road and a couple of restaurants below apartments

Check in is supposed to be 2pm…one receptionist and about 10 people waiting to check in - took about 50 mins before we got into our room. Need more reception staff during busy check in times. The room was nice and clean, the balcony was nice but the surrounding area feels unsafe. We seen a restaurant employees moped get smashed to the ground in a drive by attack at 1am, a group of teenagers with balaclavas tried to storm the dan Murphy’s below…be careful at night it’s not a safe area.

We spent 1 night for sons wedding. Hotel looks lovely from outside. But found staff at front desk rude. Room dirty. No soap in bathroom. Toilet unclean. No handtowels. Sons room had rubbish/food stuff under bed. On the plus side bed was comfortable and room was quiet(good soundproofing).
But i would never stay here again.

The front desk service was excellent, the room was extremely clean, and modern. The location is lovely- I had a room facing the parklands and could go for a walk around the lake in the morning. A good range of breakfast options nearby, would have been nice to be able to room charge it back. I got back at 8pm and there were no dinner options. The handheld shower design was a bit strange as it shot straight into your face if you left it on the wall and as the alternative is a sun-shower head, there was no way to have a hands-free shower without getting your hair wet.
