Staff, location and accommodation were all exceptional.

The entire place is incredibly decrepit and tired. Rooms were tidy and kind of clean but communal areas were dirty. The entire place had a funky smell to it. The lift was the slowest lift I have ever used. Painfully slow.

Clean spacious room. Very handy location for transport, shopping and dining options.

I like the bed and pillows.

Let's start with cleanliness. The neglect and poor standard of cleaning really needs to be addressed. The build up of hair in the bathroom didn't just happen, the room clearly hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time. Surfaces need a thorough wipe down, every cup and utensil needed checking. Broken lights in every room. The fragrance on the lobby of overwhelming. I'm not sure how the staff can bare it. The beds are comfortable and clean.

Overall this is a great property, the suite is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is huge and comfortable. It was very clean. The negatives that downgraded the final score from 5 star to 4 are... The shower over the bath is a worry, can I say especially for older people. This one got very slippery under foot without any rubber mat to get some transaction. The water temperature also had a mind of its own. The only other issue we had was that we paid for the undercover parking and when we returned from our show at about 11:00pm there was no designated parking spot available so we just had to park on the access area which blocked half of the way in which would have been very inconvenient to anyone arriving or leaving early the next morning. We also found that it was cheaper to book the parking direct with the hotel than it was to bundle it in with the room on the Expedia app.

We selected pay at property. Punthill called us and made us pay before we got there to check in. They said if we didnt we would lose our booking! Then they added a card surcharge for paying with a card, but paying with a card was the omly option they provided!

Reasonable value for money, clean. Were stingy with the coffee capsules & internet was glitchy for 4 days. Staff were very friendly.

While central to the airport, it is a nightmare for parking. Staff friendly and place is good for price although dusty and dirty marks on sheets, the noise and chaos traffic puts me off staying available.

We stayed while we were visiting Melbourne for football games at MCG. Its a convenient lication with good facilities both within the unit/hotel and surrounding location. Especially having 3 active boys with the park so close by for them to burn off energy.

Family visit to Melb. Room was noisy as above the busy street level and had a pugnant smell generated from the downstairs restaurant. If I stayed there again I would seek a room further away from the street and restaurant. Great central location however.

Accommodated early check in. Comfortable, clean and accessible. Walk to shops easy

There was a little mould in bathroom and the TVs in the bedrooms where extreamly small. Beside that great experience

Massive rooms, very clean, convenient area near airport, about 25 dollars in an Uber, thirty five minutes by tram from city centre. Late arrival after reception closed worked well but instructions could have been clearer. Otherwise all very good.

Forgot to mention the microwave wasn't working

I would recommend cleaning more thoroughly between guest. There was tissues under the side table on the floor that where not ours so im going to assume the floors were not vacuum from the last guest. We also needed to lift the couch when something dropped through it. This needs to be cleaned asap, there was old squeeze yogurts and other rubbish under it. I think overall a better clean needs to be done on surfaces and especially in the bathroom in-between guest staying.

Good location. Good space in one bedroom apartment. Great bed.
