Nice hotel with nice room and parking space

Near major roundabout but very quiet. Good underground parking. Comfortable room.

Carpets were not clean as per my expectations, bathroom door lock didn't work

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. We loved that we could have breakfast in our room instead of having to book a table at the restaurant. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Wifi does not work inside the room and the bathroom is average. Breakfast was amazing. The dinner was good but super expensive. Staff’s are really good.

Overall a comfortable stay. Some minor improvements would make it better. Exhaust vent in the bathroom and corners on the shower needed cleaning. The shower tiled floor was dangerously slippery when wet. Staff were great. Hotel position good and convenient.

Great location, very friendly professional staff, fabulous lounge area for drinks with games like chess placed around the area. Breakfast is delicious and very good value. The rooms are huge, bed comfy, nice decor. Great stay … highly recommended.

Excellent location, close to the train station and a beautiful spot

Good place to stay overnight

The overall decor is outdated, and the elevators have an unpleasant smell. There is an open central atrium where music is played at night, and it can be heard clearly in the rooms — the sound insulation is poor. I stayed in room 2025, which is next to an electrical substation. The Wi-Fi signal in the room is extremely unstable and basically unusable. I tried both the guest and staff networks, but neither worked. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Really great size room. Unfortunately it had been cleaned with a lot of bleach and the smell was overwhelming. Asked to change rooms but alternative was in a noisier part of hotel. The smell reduced the confort of the stay, the room and bathroom were however very clean which was a positive. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, good sized, quality meals that were tasty and good value. Especiallly appreciated kids menu for our 11yr old. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times and the hotel is always extremely well presented. Bleach smell aside we had a good stay and will continue to choose this hotel for future Canberra stays as it close to the DFO, Manuka and all the sporting events but doesn't feel to busy or overcrowded.

Booked this hotel for the Ballon festival, we were a group of 9 and booked 4 rooms. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, parking was secured. We had a good rest.

Great stay at Ramada Diplomat Windham. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and the room was excellent. Comfortable beds. Easy access, and underground free parking a Bonus. Short drive to Parliament Buildings, restaurants. War Memorial. Would stay here again when back in Canberra. Robert

Older property but good size, clean rooms and friendly and efficient staff. Well located - 15 minutes walk to Kingston and Manuka.

Hotel accommodation was good, but I felt the decor was a bit dated. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Staff were very helpful
