Cabin 91 needs to have a replacement fluoro tube fitted in the kitchen. I suggest bedside lights both sides of the main double bed would help a great deal. Reception staff member was excellent and should be promoted or given financial reward for exemplary intro to the site and facilities.

We realise that check in for the cabins is from 3pm, but as we had 3 other family members staying in the park, we arrived at 11am, so we could spend a good part of the day with them.
We checked in at reception when we arrived, to let them know we were there early and asked if there was any chance we could at least park at the cabin, so we didn't have to carry our provisions into the park.
The girl that that was serving us, thought it would be ok, but the other girl over rode her and said that they would prefer us not to do that.
They would contact me by sms to advise when the cabin would be ready.
By 2.40pm we hadn't heard anything so we went to the office to check. We were told that the cleaner had just started our cabin and we should come back at 3.00 or 3.05.
As they knew we were already there, couldnt they have arranged to clean our cabin earlier rather than making us wait until the advised time.
I am recovering from a triple bypass operation and as such are limited in what i can carry, so getting a park inside the park would have been very useful.
