There is no free parking. Off the street parking were full and I was forced to park at loading area with take of the risk to get a ticket from police. It is unexpected shared toilet/bathroom facilities which is not suitable for family.

Value for money, easy access to public transport, close to large shopping mall. Appreciated having a mirror now installed (Room 5). Could benefit from some hanging space, but overall, I’ve visited before and will come back again. Thank you.

The stay was very noisy. I got hardly any sleep. Music was going on in the next room till 2.00am, people were talking loudly in the hallway throughout the night, and then someone joined them to throw up in the toilet several times. I could hear everything. The heavy doors banging throughout the night added to the noise, and the walls and doors offered little sound insulation. There was the strong smell of cigarettes throughout the hallway.

There was a very strong smell of cigarettes throughout the upstairs area. It was obvious that people were smoking in their rooms and even the bathrooms. The room I had was directly above the pub so noisy till very late. Couldn't get any sleep till after 12 midnight. Not the best stay unfortunately.

Was hot overnight again; only a winter-weight doona made it too hot to sleep.

Convenient to Top Ryde shopping centre, public transport and excellent value for money.

The property was great for the price. Exactly what you would expect. You need to fix the toilet door. There are screws protruding from the lock that are making if hard to close. whenever someone uses the toilet, they need to bang the door to make it shut. We were woken several times. Something to fix. we will be back as over all it was pleasant. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

unfortunately the dining room was not available when we stayed and the problem with parking was unexpected but we found the staff pleasant and helpful. the room was all we needed for a one night stay

Overall it was a good two nights here. The only downer was the AC stopped working on Sunday night which led to an uncomfortable night.

There was work been done which we were not aware. We checked out 1 day earlier because work started at 6am. The water was cut off so we couldn’t have a shower. When told the staff they could care less and were not apologetic.

Power points in the room fid not seem to work.

Only stay if you have to, people were nice but the hotel is very much in need of a refit

Kind staff that were helpful. The rooms were clean and had comfy beds. They gave us plenty of clean towels and basic toiletries like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The bathrooms were communal, but that wasn’t an issue. The only group I had was that some of the bathrooms were not as clean on the left side. Everything else was very clean, and the water was sufficiently hot. The bathrooms on the left side could also use some mirrors. Internet connection was fast and steady and you were just steps away from a beer if you needed. The location was above a bar and on the main street, so it is loud so bring your own ear plugs. I don’t have any complaints with this location and recommended if you have a large group and don’t mind the dorm style layout.
