The reception staff were very helpful and concerned to try to address the problems with the room. However housekeeping had left for the day so they were limited in what they could do.
The room was dirty with food crumbs on sofa and floor, bedside table surfaces were sticky with drink glass residue from the previous occupants. One of the towels had hair in it.
The toilet flush did not work and the curtain rail was broken so light came in.
A request was left on the door exterior after the first night, to clean the room the next day but upon return the room was untouched. However the card had been turned on the door exterior to request do not disturb. Reception staff were great - room condition was poor.

Sheets didn’t fit bed with no mattress cover. Stains on furniture. Convenient to Drs and food facilities. Staff friendly. Will stay again for future appointments in the area.
