Lovely staff, beautifully clean. Couple of very minor wear and tear issues like jammed locks and broken curtain but nothing that impacted our stay. Pool is amazing too! We plan to book again and for longer!

We planned a weekend away well in advance of our daughters 14th birthday. Her birthday surprise was for her to swim with the seals at Sea Life which she was able to do but the rest of the weekend was a washout with heavy rain. Not the resorts fault but we werent able to enjoy the resorts facilities at all. The staff were lovely, the apartment was superclean and beds comfy. That pool looked inviting as did the beach that was footsteps away and we'll definitely be back again in future and hopefully better weather next time.

Lovely staff who let us check out late which was so helpful as we had a late flight and lots of luggage. Big apartment on the ground floor and well worth the extra money especially if you have children. Some shops and restaurants are walkable. Lovely large pools

Whilst we love our weekend trips to the Sunny Coast, we didn’t realise that it was a walk up stairs property. We had a great time all the same but prefer a lift for more than 2 floors.

Decided on a short winter break with our 2 young boys. Pool was heated and it also had a large spa. Apartment was a good size for the 4 of us and had a decent sized kitchen with washer and dryer. Enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dunes Resort. The pool and view from the balcony were both fantastic and staff were friendly. The apartment was spacious and in fair condition but looked a bit unloved in some places with scuff marks and dents on the walls, nicks out of the bath tub and sinks not scrubbed throughly etc. Curiously neither of our bathrooms had a fan which meant the entire room got very misty. But otherwise a great place to stay and especially good for families with kids.
