We had a family room which was tiny. The table in the room had 2 seats with barley enough room to use. Table was not cleaned with sticky bits on it.Coffee for plunger was already opened by previous guest, no coffee mugs. Rooms with thin walls so you can hear doors slamming and kids running up and down the corridor. Although it was a place to sleep, it was not much more.

Amazing stay in bunk room.
Excellent breakfast every morning kept us filled up till dinner. Room was exactly as pictures show. Great value for location.
Best element was customer service provided by Georgie that was amazing and accomodating in every way. Have stayed twice and would stay again.

The location of this hotel is a short walk from the parking and ticketing area, so an ATS will not be necessary. It is in close proximity to the slalom plaza and village bowl where the main chairlifts are situated and has a great restaurant on the ground floor. However the room is ridiculously small and the bathroom spans the width of a door.
