This is an absolutely amazing resort with everything you wanted and more. We would absolutely stay here again. For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. We were not offered any VIP room upgrade either unless what we got was already an upgrade? (Booked superior one bedroom and got exactly that). Overall an amazing experience at such a well cared for property. Truly exceeded our expectations.

This is a terrific accommodation option (Hawaii Apartments). The apartment was massive and of course all self contained with everything that you'd need. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. The room was very clean and the balcony overlooking the pool area was a great day sleep area in the beautiful sun. Thank you to the staff who made our stay truly comfortable and the courtesy bus made life easier. Would certainly recommend and will stay again.

This is an absolutely amazing resort with everything you wanted and more. We would absolutely stay here again. The property is a bit tired. The dishwasher was old and failed to wash our dishes. The sink in the en suite was cracked and the shower splashed everywhere. The blinds were very dusty.
The pool area was clean. The onsite restaurant offered a good take away. There were a couple of nice coffee shops within walking distance.

Room was musty, dark with a dank smell that was very unpleasant. The dishes were not that clean and furniture was uncomfortable. Building rubbish also in some cupboards. On the plus side, the gardens were beautiful and outside pools and spas were great. The bed was super comfortable and lovely large bathroom.
Taking rubbish out and putting dishwasher on prior to departure is part of checkout

The mini flat was lovely, everything we needed. However, I didn't realise just how far from the beach it was. 50 minute walk, all up hill one way and flat the other. (going left out of the property). The onsite restaurant was good food, however, choices other than Thai would be good. I cannot eat chillies and they kindly accommodated me. Also it would be lovely to have a coffee plunger or a Nespresso in the room. Especially as there is no cafe on site. Although not far along the street.
