I had a ground floor, end of building room located on the corner of the building. Room 111. While the room was adequate enough, the noise late into the at night from people/staff congregating, smoking, talking right near the side window was disturbing. The exit door to the restaurant's kitchen appeared to be right there, with a walkway seperating the two buildings. It happened more than once during my two night stay. It wasn't condusive to a restful sleep before a medical appointment or the night after another long appointment ar Flinders. Very disappointing on week nights.
The food in the restaurant wasnt as pleasing as my last stay, standards have definitely fallen behind.

Great warm pool, bed was super comfy! Just the coffee table and cupboards were old and damaged with chunks missing. But overall was a good stay!
