Always a great place for a staycation. This is the second time I’ve stayed at the RitzCarlton and it’s well and truly becoming my favourite escape.

Lovely hotel with a super comfortable bed and pillows. We were upgraded to a studio which was very spacious, light and airy. The bathroom had a lovely huge bathtub and shower, and the toiletries were lovely too.
The TV has the ability to cast to it so we were able to relax and watch what we wanted. The Club Lounge was great. Fantastic views, good selection of food and the DIY cocktail bar was lots of fun. Well worth the extra cost.
I had a look at the spa but didn't have time to book a treatment. It was beautiful and I'll go back there for sure next time. Just remember to book in advance if you want an actual treatment.

The location is good, with good view. The service is good but slow. The poor part is the air condition , which is directly blowing to pillars . It makes us sick after one night stay.

A beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice, but the lights/power switches are frustrating. A little bit dusty. Towels were not in great condition.
Breakfast buffet was delicious and the overall location is nice.

We have stayed in other 5 Star hotels in Perth and been disappointed. Ritz Carlton DID NOT disappoint!
Lovely hotel, great location. Rooms, spa, pool, bars and restaurant all clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Felt very welcomed and well looked after for our stay.

Fantastic location on the waterfront. We had a great view of the Swan from our 15th floor room. Rooms are great. A couple of minuses: breakfast is poor and overpriced, much better to eat out on the quay; and some staff members were confused and inefficient. But a nice hotel in a lovely place.

Exellent Buffet breakfast and loved the songbird lounge to enjoy a few cocktails at sunset, we was given a free upgrade on arrival high level with river views and a balcony to help us celebrate our special occasion, the staff was amazing and we even had the valet parking cost waived as a gift to us.
The staff were all amazing we would definitely stay here again 10/10
