The location is good, with good view. The service is good but slow. The poor part is the air condition , which is directly blowing to pillars . It makes us sick after one night stay.

Maeva on the concierge was amazing. From check-in to check-out she made us feel so welcome. Her kindness and professionalism was beyong fantastic. The hotel itself was great and they services and amenities were also excellent. All the other staff were lovely. I would stay there again if I ever travel to Perth. Thanks Ritz-Carlton team and Maeva

We had requested, if possible, a high-floor room with a view of the western side, and not only was our request granted, but we were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade.
The view from the room was amazing, and it became a truly unforgettable memory for us.
Even though we don’t speak much English, the staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome.
We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to Perth.
