I had booked the room with bathtub and it was on the Hotel.com site room description, which I had always booked previously. Then I was given the room without the bathtub and the A/C had a terrible smell. There was no other similar room to exchange that night and I had to put up with that smell. The hotel did try to compensate me with breakfast and room change next day,

Booked the unrefurbished room by mistake and it really felt old. The bath tub was worn down and the decor quite dated. No desk for doing work and had to use the coffee table instead. I had breakfast included which was good. It is inexpensive by local standard however.

这家酒店位置不错，离购物中心很近，但是是我住过最差的酒店，价格很高，一晚上八百，临街主干道，隔音几乎为零，我感觉自己在马路上睡觉，楼道也能听到声音，一宿几乎没睡，还有没有电梯，行李自己搬下去，太不方便了，以后不会再住！

Fantastic service. They had a key safe for after-hours arrival so that sited us. The room was quiet for this area, but it may have depended on orientation. Handy continental breakfast buffet and friendly staff. It suited the purpose for a last-minute mid-week trip.
