Location and price is good - but the room facilities is a bit older than expectation. And I am not really happy about their customer service. They said they will replace toilet paper everyday but they are not indeed. Besides no customer services after 5pm which is not too convenient for us.

Hannah and Staff were super friendly, great location and facilities. Room had a great view though only had a split aircon unit in the lounge room leaving the rest of the apartment inc bedrooms stinking hot and hard to sleep, Majority of the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty

Apartment was spotless and the location is perfect. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade as very old fittings and showers very small but were spotlessly clean! Would highly recommend this property.

We had a clean, comfortable stay with a stunning ocean view at Ultiqa Beach Haven. The staff were helpful and friendly, and it’s just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. The bathroom in our standard apartment could use some upgrades. Pool towels are not complimentary but can be purchased for $15 or bath towels can be used for the pool and changed if you ask, We’d happily come back to stay in a renovated apartment for an even better experience.

Room had issues. TV in living area was faulty and we could not change channel or watch foxtel for 1st 7 days of our stay. Paying for rrom with tv not working. Dining chairs where old and covering flaking off making a mess. Dishwasher dispenser broken

The 'Standard' two bedroom apartment was terrible. Unrenovated, 70's or 80's styling and no aircon in the bedrooms. The handle from the wardrobe broke off immediately. Corina at reception was very helpful and found us a better grade of room but we had to pay extra $$$, very lucky it was off peak so there were other rooms available. The new room was excellent. Pools were great and BBQ amenities were new and clean. Wasn't thrilled with our kids being shushed by what I would call 'elderly permanents' as I thought this location was child friendly. They were playing happily and not even that loud. Location was awesome, could walk to everywhere we needed to go.

Started bad, ended worse. Room was found dirty with dried snot on one of the kids bed head, a random tablet under the bed, a dead squashed bug on the wall, dust in all of the door frames and on fans and the air conditioner ducting falling apart. On the final night, did a load of clothes washing and put them in the dryer before going to bed. Woke to clothes all wet and the power not working in the laundry. Found that the power board had stopped working and when looked in the cupboard, found the hot water tank rusted, leaking (tank possibly ruptured) and stunk. Disappointed is an understatement. The good was the indoor pool and spa area. It was nice and during windy days, was a good place to swim with the kids.

View was incredible!!! 3 pools are awesome and hotel facilities. Apartment was loud from the elevator noise and needs some upgrades but the view was simply sensational!!

Lounge furniture was uncomfortable. Several lights did not Function. Decor was dated.

Great accomodation, plenty of room in the lounge, dining, kitchen area. Wonderful views over Surfers and the sea. 3 pools to choose from. Round the corner from many restaurants. And walking distance to the shopping mall Pacific fair.

Location location location

We have stayed at Beach haven many times over the last 25 years, this time we were pleasantly surprised to have a king sized comfy bed. Unit was beautifully renovated and lounge furniture was also comfortable.

Nice view

The lifts scared our granddaughter the first night she’s 4 from noise of the lifts it was her first vacation we told them the next morning so they moved us It wasn’t as bad in the bedrooms we had to keep our door open to listen for the little ones not in the living area though you could hear it I’ve never heard lift like this in rooms before it’s a howling noise facilities were great rooms were reasonable
