Got apartment no.6 which is at corner ground floor and a more spacious one with two ways access to the pool and building entrance gate. Spacious apartment for 6 people with very family friendly for cooking. Reception staff are nice and helpful that waited for our check in after their office hour which made the check in much easier. Swim-out is a must try option for this building given the location has 15 minutes walking distance from the main streets for eat and shop. Beware the pool is 1.9m depth on the other side (or your side for apartment no.3 & 4) if you are not a good swimmer.

酒店位於開恩茲的海濱大道, 環境優靜, 不過距離夜市那邊的熱鬧點較遠. 這次選了向海的三房單位, 景色很好, 房間很大, 廚房設備全.

我們一行6人到澳洲四處地點:布里斯本、黄金海岸、凱恩斯及墨爾本，這是最好的一間旅店。一大廳三大房，主人套房還設有按摩池，哇... 正。裝潢不華麗，但現代感與整潔，廚房煮食用具齊備， 有焗爐，有洗碗碟機…我們煮了幾餐，但抽油煙不太理想，焗羊架時觸發火警警號嗚響， 嚇死呀~>_<~ 廁所浴室用具齊備，設有洗衣機乾衣機，潤膚露、洗潔精、洗衣粉也提供。 離餐廳不遠及店鋪不遠，步行十分鐘左右，再行幾分鐘就到碼頭。但環境清靜，對出已海濱長岸，路邊設有運動器械，兒童休憩設備等等，早上看到很多人跑步、踖單車、放狗、 兒童玩樂等，十分所寫意。泳池也大及靚，泳池旁邊也有水療按摩設備，曬太陽一流。

客房內非常寬敞, 酒店位置距離(吃喝及購物中心)約十分鐘步行路程, 有海濱長路散步區, 酒店人流不多及非常清靜, 泳池舒適及沒有人流.

六楼的位置非常好，景观绝佳。酒店的每一间房间的装饰都略有不同，细节也很注意，干净清爽，设施齐全！

一楼公寓，阳台即可进入泳池，类似自带泳池，非常棒！

Lovely hotel.

Minimum service rendered. Basically they only make your bed. Hotel staff was only friendly upon check-in. After that it is just so so and it went unacceptable at the very end when we checked out. Upon check-out, hotel staff said they would charge AUD200 for us not putting the used dishes into the dish washer, and not throwing out the garbage bag. Neither did the hotel mentioned to us as a requirement on the part of the guests upon check-in. And make no mistake, we did not litter in the room. We did put the waste into a plastic bag and tied it. But hotel staff called our room “disgusting”, which we found extremely unfair and insulting! In the end, the hotel did not charge the money. But it made everyone of us upset. Not the way you would like to wrap up your holiday. We will definitely not come back and recommend to any friend. My enemy maybe.

十分闊洛,設施很齊全 唯一欠缺wifi, 不過已經超出想像中的好了 極力推薦給去CAIRNS的朋友!

The 3 bedroom apartment was ideal for 6 people with 2 king beds for adult couples and 2 single beds for kids. Excellent location with city center within 2 km walk. Ground level parking for 1-2 vehicles. Ocean view somewhat obscured by trees in the park across the street. The beach view featured in the website photos was taken before the park was developed.. The apartment was very well equipped with cooking and eating utensels with cooktop stove, microwave oven, baking oven, toaster, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Independent air conditioning for living room/dining room/ kitchen space and bedrooms. The hot water pressure was very low in all the taps in the apartment. This was apparently common to the entire building because there was no remedy offered. The water jet system in the master bedroom didn’t work. The reception office operates only between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are arriving early or later, be sure you receive a code for the key locker from the management at least 24 hours before arrival. Due to miscommunication and flight delays we arrived at 1 am with 2 screaming toddlers and no key code and had to rouse the owner on the emergency phone to get into the building. We got in only because our taxi driver had run into this before at Water's Edge and talked us through the process.

A great location. Easy access to Muddys for the kids and a short walk to a wide range of cafes and restaurants on the Esplande.

Fantastic location, great layout and walking distance to restaurants. Awesome cafe across the road. We had a great stay.
