Nice place however I could get a better deal somewhere else for a private ridges hotel but it’s good for a quick stay I was lucky that my whole unit was empty I was only one out of the eight rooms I’ll be back again

Make no mistake about it, it's Uni dorm accomodation. Dorm room, shared facilities, students coming and going. It was cheap as chips and perfect for a quick stopover. Everything was clean and comfortable, and close enough to Church St to walk in for a quick bite or grab groceries (15 min walk).
My only complaint is that I couldn't find a fork in the kitchen!

It's student's dorm. You share the common living space with four other room. The bedroom is clean. The downside is that Wifi is not free. The university has a free shuttle service that can travel between the city centre and the dorm.

Lovely trees and surrounding garden. Plenty of paid parking. Very noisy room door latches which you hear frequently during the night. Apart from that pretty good.

I stayed for 2 nights in Jan. Accommodation was perfect for single traveler. Basic room with single bed, and shared bathroom. Check in was easy, and quiet nights sleep. Worth noting that there is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan. In summer with hot temps room can get warm. Location is a few kms from Parramatta and close to main motorways. Room and bathroom clean. Full kitchen with large fridge and microwave. Great for an overnight sleep traveling through or for those with a busy schedule just needing a basic and safe place to sleep.

Absolutely terrible. This is more of a hostel accommodation. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on the bed. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel

The bed was very thin and uncomfortable,
I had to call and complain about the noise on two separate nights due to students throwing parties in nearby rooms and the manager refused to come and intervene when I raised the complaints.
Broken toilet seat left broken for 5 days,
Shared bathroom does not get cleaned on a weekly basis therefore it is mostly disgusting with other people's towels left on the ground, and blocked toilet etc
Shower head was extremely low flow, meaning that it was more of a water mist than an actual shower,
Lights under shelves above desks have never worked,
Overall you get what you pay for with this place.

After finally finding a park , hauling my luggage to a diminutive 18thC hotel overflowing with construction workers who were , yes singing
I couldn’t find any sign lobby and then went inside the barroom and the friendly barman sorted me out with a room and key under the condition that I sing a song!

I only needed a one night stay near a course I was attending so this was a good find. The lack of WIFI was a bit strange this day in age but having lived in student accommodation before this was fine. Maybe tea and coffee in those apartments they do check out would be a nice added touch.
