The room was spotless, ready for us. Your reception staff are both friendly and courteous. They made us welcome and helped (with a map) to locate our room. I accidentally left my hearing aids in the room when we left, I realised that after about one hour, 'phoned reception. On returning to the Hotel, the receptionist collected the hearing aids, confirmed with me that they were mine and handed them to me; I am most grateful for the kind, considerate way this was handled, well done and thank you!

Room was great, bathroom just a bit small!
Biggest plus was the spacious, very accessible, free parking.

The view from my room was stunning, facing the mountain and the water. The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staffs are friendly. It also a great location close to the Harbour and surrounding beaches. Highly recommended and definitely i will stay there again.

Even though they were showing pics of the rooms in tower, when you check in; we understand it is in another block. We could not keep the window open due to the smell of sewerage. I felt it as misrepresentation.

No complimentary bottle water in the room. Dont bother with request. Despite submitting my request to get a high floor four months in advance and confirming it on time, it was not accommodated. I understand policies, but better effort would have been appreciated.
