Recommend this hotel to anyone who coming to Innsbruck, it’s not far from main train station about 5 minutes walk. The staffs are nice and they let me have early check-in. Hotel’s room is good. Wifi fasts if you’re the hotel member, you could have the Internet access in room.

Walking distance from the Innsbruck Hbg train station and 10 min walk to the old city and the river. Lots of eating places in the old city as well as shopping. Walking distance to the cable car to the mountains. Excellent property and meets all the Marriott standards! Staff was super friendly too.

The AC Hotel is in an excellent location that is close to all amenities and restaurants in Innsbruck. We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, modern and well appointed. The breakfast is of excellent quality and has a wide selection of choices. We booked the superior room and had a view of the surrounding mountains from the 14th (top) floor. The room was spacious and modern. The wooden floor could have been a bit more cleaner but we were provided with slippers. We also parked our car in the garage below the hotel, which was convenient and cost 20 Euros per day, which was a deal for hotel guests. Overall and excellent hotel and we would return to stay here again. I am surprised that the hotel roof does not have a terrace. A swimming pool or spa in the hotel would make this hotel even better. There is a fitness room and sauna for guests that is complimentary.

The bath tub drainage spoilt on our 2nd stay and we called the reception only being told the technician could only fix the following day and didn’t provide us any alternative solution as myself and another friend haven’t able to shower yet
So we suggested to have shower at the fitness centre area then they gave us exception to bathe at the sauna after closed hours
The reception also asked us to take cup and saucer from the restaurant directly when I called them on separate occasion
