The staff was amazing, breafkast very delicious, room cleaning was good. The hostel is located near U6 station and shopping centre with a food court, you are 20 min away from teh centre of Vienna.

挺好的，位置也行，离车站，地铁站也不远。要自己铺床单，没有冷气，打开窗户也还行，白天有点热，晚上凉快。一楼酒吧太唱，老外不用睡觉吗？

I stay here for a week, for this price, I mean it just ok not too bad or good, they do clean the room everyday but not the whole room, they just changed the towels clean the trash can and that it ! nothing further, and the room's sound insulation not so good either, if someone talk or walk outside you can hear very clearly, besides these two issues the hotel is fine.

離地鐵站只是一百米，離最近的大型火車站只是兩個地鐵站的路程，交通十分方便。
浴室及廁所皆位於房內，熱水供應亦良好。
美中不足就是廚房的洗潔精早就用光，到我走的一天都沒人補充。更有趣是有警告牌寫著，不可同時使用微波爐及煮食爐，否則會跳掣……注意，使用廚房的話，要付20歐羅為按金。
上網方面，沒記錯的話，免費的wifi只有2mbps。連把照片上載至google drive也不夠。如要好一點的wifi則要付錢，價錢好像是每24小時1，2歐羅，總之不會昂貴。但重點是根本沒多少時間會留在旅館上網。

The location is within reasonable walking distance from West Bahnhof. The room is small but functional, although the ventilation is not very good. The room quality is not bad given the price I paid is not that much. I am satisfied with my stay in the hotel.

It was a typical chain hostel, very busy and noisy! They took group kids. No free wifi in the rooms, guess they try to get guests to stay out of rooms as they sell food and drinks by the reception, a proper bar actually. Good location - very close to the metro station and shopping centre. Not suitable for mature travellers, but great for young people to meet others.

Check in am Terminal hat nicht funktioniert. Als Frau im 4er Zimmer mit nur Männern war unglücklich (zT selbstverschuldet - hab das zimmer ja gebucht), jedoch hat man mir ein bett zugewiesen das nicht frei war und auf mein nachfragen nur ganz abweisend geantwortet: ja is noch ein freies bett da? dann nimm doch das!
2 von 4 Betten hatten keine Möglichkeit seine Wertsachen einzuschließen, nur 2 Körbe für 4 Leute in einem Zimmer. Auf diese Anfrage wurde mir gesagt, ich könne es doch im Gepäckraum abstellen (der ja auch nicht gesichert ist…) Alles in allem: Kein tolles Hostel

Eine totale Katastrophe. Das gebuchte Hotel war laut Personal überbucht!!! Was laut Personal auch öfters vorkommt!!! Wir wurden dann im a&o Wien Hauptbahnhof untergebracht. Die Bewertungen beziehen sich somit auf dieses Hotel. Ich bin nicht penibel und man ist ja meist nur zum Schlafen auf dem Zimmer, aber frisch gereinigt ist etwas anderes. Alter Staub wo man hinschaute. Der Abluftventilator im Bad war total verdreckt und somit war die Funktion auch nicht mehr gegeben. Das selbe Bild auch beim anderen Mobiliar.
Auf den Fluren wurde auch nichts getan. Nach 5 Tagen immer noch der selbe Dreck und Müll. Auch dieses bild vom Eingang bis zum obersten Stockwerk. Die erste Zimmerkarte die wir bekommen haben hat zu einem bereits belegten Zimmer gehört. Der Gast der im Bett lag war genauso überrascht wie wir.
Überraschung: Das Frühstück war einfach aber für uns ausreichend. Wobei wir uns erst einen Überblick über die hygienischen Verhältnisse geschaffen haben. Es gab helle und dunkle Brötchen, Brot und Toastbrot. Wurst, Schinken, Käse, Frischkäse und Hummus sowie süße Aufstriche. Kaffee, Tee, Saft usw.
Wir hätten uns gewünscht das man uns über die Überwachung informiert hätte. Dann hätten wir nämlich noch kurzfristig stornieren können. Alles es allem ist die a&o Kette nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Zimmer waren ganz okay,Schimmel im Bad,das Fenster konnte man nicht schließen folgende dessen war es sehr laut im Zimmer vom Strassenlärm,da kann man ja nicht wirklich schlafen
