挺好的，位置也行，离车站，地铁站也不远。要自己铺床单，没有冷气，打开窗户也还行，白天有点热，晚上凉快。一楼酒吧太唱，老外不用睡觉吗？

I stay here for a week, for this price, I mean it just ok not too bad or good, they do clean the room everyday but not the whole room, they just changed the towels clean the trash can and that it ! nothing further, and the room's sound insulation not so good either, if someone talk or walk outside you can hear very clearly, besides these two issues the hotel is fine.

location is quite good . it's near the metro station but not nearly the city centre. the room is big enough for 4 people.

Very convenient , Service is also good , expect room is a little small , and wifi is poor in the room(I think it's depends on the room position).

離地鐵站只是一百米，離最近的大型火車站只是兩個地鐵站的路程，交通十分方便。 浴室及廁所皆位於房內，熱水供應亦良好。 美中不足就是廚房的洗潔精早就用光，到我走的一天都沒人補充。更有趣是有警告牌寫著，不可同時使用微波爐及煮食爐，否則會跳掣……注意，使用廚房的話，要付20歐羅為按金。 上網方面，沒記錯的話，免費的wifi只有2mbps。連把照片上載至google drive也不夠。如要好一點的wifi則要付錢，價錢好像是每24小時1，2歐羅，總之不會昂貴。但重點是根本沒多少時間會留在旅館上網。

The location is within reasonable walking distance from West Bahnhof. The room is small but functional, although the ventilation is not very good. The room quality is not bad given the price I paid is not that much. I am satisfied with my stay in the hotel.

All you need is equipped in the room. Staffs at the reception are really kind and helpful.

It was a typical chain hostel, very busy and noisy! They took group kids. No free wifi in the rooms, guess they try to get guests to stay out of rooms as they sell food and drinks by the reception, a proper bar actually. Good location - very close to the metro station and shopping centre. Not suitable for mature travellers, but great for young people to meet others.

The staff was amazing, breafkast very delicious, room cleaning was good. The hostel is located near U6 station and shopping centre with a food court, you are 20 min away from teh centre of Vienna.

The first thing that I would like to stress is how hardworking, friendly and helpful the staff was in spite of quite clearly being understaffed. I had upgraded from a single bunk to a private room upon arrival as I was quite ill and didn't want to infect others. On my second day there was no wifi available or heating and did contact the manager (owner ) as encouraged to do so with signage in my room. No response at all and it has now been 10 days later. I decided to check out and forfeit my third day's reservation cost. Will not recommend this particular hostel chain. It should be noted that I ran a hostel myself and service and communication were the keys to success.

Very good location, close to trams and underground options. Breakfast is cheap and good options. Our room had a good size, but the toilet was smelling very badly, like sewage, opening the window helped, but every time we were bad the smell was terrible. We were on 4th floor, elevator goes to 3rd floor only, for everyday is fine, for first and last with luggage is hell. On our check in day there was only one person in reception and maybe 20 people trying to check in, it was annoying and stressful, but staff triedo his best, and all staff were very friendly and nice.

Για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε ήταν τέλειο. Το μόνο ότι είχε πολύ κόσμο και μόνο μια υπάλληλος στην ρεσεψιόν. Οπότε καθυστερήσαμε αρκετά.

Room was spotless.

Chambre ok manque porte manteau , pas utilisé le parking . Personnel réception ok

The front desk gentleman that helped us check in late at night was awesome! He was very helpful and nice! We also enjoyed the clean room, the spotless bathroom, and the shower room.
