飯店服務人員態度很好，雖然還沒到入住時間但確可以提早入住，讓舟車勞頓又感冒的我們可以在中午前就先進房間休息，真的太感謝了！房間空間頗大而且附有小廚房設備齊全，早餐也不錯！附近環境清幽離市區又不會太遠，對面就有地面電車交通方便！

酒店位置於維也納一區市中心，距離主要遊覽景點只需數分鐘步程，門口亦有有軌的電車站，步行至最近的地鐵站只需5分鐘路程，交通尚算方便。職員友善有禮、樂於助人。房間設施大致整潔，但並沒有提供每日清潔服務。由於訂房系統出現問題，未有按我們的要求提供所需的房間種類，酒店方面亦於入住期間免費提供自助早餐給我們享用， 十分驚喜。

飯店位置不錯，附近就有超市，門口就是Tram的站牌，步行7分鐘可以到地鐵站，8分鐘可以到central mitte搭S7到機場蠻方便的，步行15分鐘可以到市中心聖史蒂芬教堂，房間內有小廚房可以煮飯，餐具鍋具都齊全，唯一可惜的是wifi不夠穩定！

Receptionist are friendly and always welcome to help. Room is not big but you have everything you need. Cozy room and the decoration makes you relaxed. Location just 2 stations to CBD but you are super close to Danube river. You are easy to walk along riverside and enjoy the beautiful scenery and enjoy food and drinks at the restaurants and bars there!!

The reason that i stayed in this hotel is it had a kitchen. I like to cook by myself. It takes about 10min. to the metro station, luckily, it was a straight road so it's not hard for us to find the hotel.

It is just 2 minutes walk from 2 tram stations. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to metro Schwedenplatz station . The staff are helpful but can be more friendly. The room is clean and comfy. However, the drain system of my bathroom is poor.

I booked a superior studio but the frontdesk gave me a basic room. I changed the room afterward and therefore has chance to see the difference of both. Basic room is much smaller, and superior studio is a much better choice consider only slight higher room rate.
room is fully equipped, nice and comfoortable to stay.
location is perfect, right beside one major line tram, and on stop away or 8 minutes walking distance to two major sub way connect to city center or airport.

The shower was not draining and so all of us couldn’t use the shower. We were told there was nothing that they could do to repair it until after we checked out. There were no suggestions / apologies/ extras to make up for this. A hotel room not having a functional shower and staff being non apologetic or trying to make up for this isn’t acceptable and so this dampened our stay
