Cozy apartment in a great location! I love the vintage feel of the building and the many shops nearby. It's also very close to a bus stop and train stations that allow you to get around very easily. The only downside is that the toilet smells a bit moldy.

Apartment war sauber. Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, deswegen war es bei uns eine Art Sauna (hatten immer über 30 Grad draußen). Nach Nachfrage wurde ein zweiter Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt.

Location is good near metro, you can easy take U6/U4 to city center, also has grand supermarket nearby and traditional market also. We enjoy it the apartment during the trip.
Staffs are nice as well. However if you bring huge luggage may have another concern, because if you check out early, the place to leave luggage are not the same position as the department. (Need to take metro/tram to city center)

Sadece eksiklileri yazacağım, bunun dışında her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Kombi çalışırken çok ses çıkarıyordu, diğer husus ise otoparka girişin nasıl olacağı ile ilgili görsellere bilgi metni hazırlanmalı, çünkü viyanada ki sistemi bilmeyen birisi otoparkı bulamayabilir. Otoparka apartmanın sokağa bakan kısmında büyük avlu kapısından girilmesi gerekiyor. biz girişi bulamadık sokaktan birisi yardımcı oldu. Apartmanın tam konum bilgisi eksik güncellenmesi gerekiyor . Bunların dışında her şey güzeldi.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im 3. OG in der Wohnung Nr. 21. Folgende Dinge waren bei Ankunft defekt und wurden am nächsten Morgen der Vermietungsagentur gemeldet: Rolladen Schlafzimmer, Wohnungsklingel und Spiegelleuchte im Bad. Repariert wurde nach erneuter Rückfrage durch mich nur die Badbeleuchtung. Des Weiteren fehlten im Kühlschrank sämtliche Ablagen in der Tür. Die Vorhänge waren stark verschmutzt und mit vielen dunklen Flecken überzogen. Die Zimmerränder sowie Heizkörper waren stark verschmutzt und es fehlten auch Ablagen und Handtuchhalterungen auf der Toilette sowie im Bad. Möbel waren nur spärlich vorhanden und mit stärksten Gebrauchsspuren versehen.
Wir können zumindest diese Wohnung definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

The apartment was bigger than we expected. It was clean and close to the subway. During our stay we had some doubts which were solved quickly.

Das Appartement ist schon ein wenig abgenutzt, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Allerdings war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Appartement. Ebenfalls war der Toaster defekt und in der Mikrowelle Brösel/Essensreste der Vorgänger. Das hat uns dann doch ein bisschen mehr gestört.

Reinigung der Ferienwohnung erfolgte erst bei Ankunft, war in 15min. erledigt !!!! ?(Hatten unsere Ankunftszeit aber angegeben.)
Im Bad rocht es immer muffig, trotz Abzug/Lüftung an der Decke und Duft-Teil . Möbel im Wohnzimmer teils abgewohnt. Küchenbedarf könnte aufgestockt werden(z.B. Flaschenöffner, Deckel für Töpfe, Besen...) Ein Spiegel in der Garderobe wäre auch von Vorteil, nicht nur den Kleinen im Bad.
Gut war, dass unser Toaster sofort ausgetauscht wurde weil er defekt war. An Sauberkeit könnte noch gearbeitet werden, Gut wär auch gewesen wenn man uns nach frischen Handtüchern gefragt hätte, wir waren fast 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. ! (Da angegeben wurde das Handtücher vorhanden sind. )Kurzum, für Kurztrip OK, für länger sollte man sich selbst mehr mitbringen.

Le logement ne correspond pas aux photos.
Ils sont bien plus vieux, et pas toujours bien conçus.
C'est un bâtiment avec pleins de logement qui ont été divisés pour faire des appartements de vacances.
Personne pour vous accueillir, juste des échanges par e-mail.
L'appartement avait la chaudière commune avec d'autres appartement. Cette dernière n'étant pas fermé dès que quelqu'un prend une douche on l'entend dans le salon où est le deuxième lit.
Une plaque faisait sautée l'électricité d'au moins deux appartements.
L'équipement est cependant bien : lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro-onde, plaque (dont une qui fait sauté les plombs), four (non testé), réfrigérateur.
N'est pas au centre, mais les transports sont proches et il y a un grand SPAR pour faire les courses à côté.

The property itself was clean and tidy, but sharing 1 bathroom with 9 people was a struggle. Also, the people in the one room, had to walk through either the bathroom or another bedroom to get through to the kitchen / hallway. It was also frustrating that we had to pay extra to have towels and linen for the 9th person, who had to sleep on a couch (I have no clue where a 10th person would have fit).
