Gorgeous room with the best views of the iconic Innsbruck colourful houses & Alps. Such a lovely stay during winter where the other rooms we stayed in other parts of Austria were extremely lacking in temperature comfort!

We only stayed one night but after our experience we wish we had booked the hotel longer. Beautiful place, great amenities, helpful staff. First place I will look to book if I go back to Innsbruck.

Not being able to stop out front to off load luggage was a little inconvenient but after looping sprints 4-5 times we finally found a spot open next door to stop. Room was lovely ! Beds/sheets were great, air conditioning actually worked, great view. Not sure if instant coffee is popular in Europe but our if our 16 hotels on this trip we prepared when there was proper coffee but that’s not a huge deal . Breakfast was great ! Lots offered . Staff was slow and it took forever to get coffees but that’s not a deal breaker. Maybe they should have a self serve machine instead ? We didn’t use the pools but it’s nice they had them. Location was he great . Super easy to walk around old town.

My stay was perfect. The room was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the two spa areas (textile free on the top floor, swimwear on in the basement pool area) were beautiful. Felt so relaxed afterwards. I’ll be returning!

离黄金屋顶很近，从火车站步行距离10~20分钟。酒店街对面就是河。酒店性价比还行。房间设施简单但是干净。早餐一般，虽然不是特别好但是也不差。

The room is ok, we ate supper in their Restaurant and it was good, breakfast was just ok, staff were all polite. We have been staying in 5 star places and in comparison to other places we have stayed on this vacation, except for location this falls short for the money we paid.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was super nice and gave us a room upgrade as well facing the beautiful mountains view. The hotel is located in a great location. Lots of small cafes and restaurants around. The mamma mia pizza place was one of the best pizzas I’ve had. A small window baklava cafe is must go which is 5 minutes walk away. The ski resort is worth. The mountains are beautiful to go to on cable car especially if you catch it on a sunny day. Overall a highly recommended hotel and place to visit!

Service beim Frühstück war verbesserungswürdig, kaltes weichgekochtes Ei erhalten, kam lange niemand zum Fragen für Kaffee und Eierspeisen - mussten dies nach 15min selber einfordern. Personal wirkte eher demotiviert/desintressiert. Zimmergrösse für den Preis eher klein und ringhörig. Auch schade, dass die Badeslipper gekostet haben. Okay, dass sie nicht fix im Zimmer sind und aktiv geholt/angefordert werden müssen, den Aufpreis dafür empfinden wir jedoch als unangemessen.

Honestly, one of my favorite destinations and stays on a long list of places visited. Beautiful views, great spa facilities with use late into the night, and excellent staff. Our room was upgraded and it was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet was of top quality and restaurant served excellent meals. Bed was spacious and comfortable with a great morning sunrise view. Thank you so much for a short but amazing stay.

Great hotel in a fabulous location right in the heart of old town Innsbruck. Close to the station and only 15 mins in a cab to the airport . Lovely cocktail bar and truly amazing breakfast !! The front desk , bar tender and the breakfast staff were all really friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay there again .
