Obertraun is the best hotel in our 16 days trip. the house is big and clean,
we booked a 3 bedroom Chalet, 3 bathroom inside, 1 is on the ground with a sauna room,
the other 2 is on the 1st floor.
all the 3 bedroom are on the 1st floor and 2 bedroom with a balcony.
car parking is easy, we just park the car in front of our chalet.
the hotel have a small shop which you can buy vegetable, ham, egg,bread and even wine.
all the facilities is well equipped,swimming pool,a very big playground for kids,
esp the lake side in the hotel, very nice place to relax or swimming.
but its a bit far from the central, around 10 mins drive,we have a car so that is not a problem for us.
The hotel charge euro 175 cleaning fee and towel fee separately when you check out,
its not included in the hotel room fee.

以前住过很满意，第二次入住。三卧室花园景的房间都在二楼，行李箱需要提上去或者就放在一楼客厅。二楼三个房间有两个房间有厕所，第三个厕所在一楼进门那儿。厨具很全，度假村环境很好。枕巾被套是新的，但是床单是脏的，没有换过，还要薯片渣！太恶心了。 Everything is good, except that the sheets are not changed and are dirty. There are potato chips. Too disgusting!

The place is good to stay. But we asked the staff to help us call the taxi to hallstatt station and she just called but to the nearby station without notice us. And we have to take that taxi which is 5 min walk to there. I hope the staff can have a better communication with us. That's quite disappointed experience.

跟據前人評價，前台服務比較差及無禮，但本人經驗并未太差，服務員態度有禮，對每個詢問亦有合理回應（當然此處不是五星酒店，所以不能要求五星水評）
溫馨提示：熱水水壓不穩定。
地點比較偏遠，而最近的超市亦不充足，需準備好大量日常用品（衞生紙、洗潔精）及糧食。
