Sehr schönes Hotel! Super erreichbar über Öffis, zu Fuß ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Innenstadt. Kleine Einkaufsläden, Straßencafes, sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Hotel selbst ist nicht all zu groß. Sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Betten und Bettwäsche ist top. Alles in angemessener größe. Preis/Leistung perfekt. Kommen gerne wieder und weden es such guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

I went for a family trip and lived in this hotel. The slim and blond girl-receptionist (sorry for forgetting her name) who provided excellent service which was full of caring and warmth, and the superb services provided by Mr. Alejandra(may be I spelled wrongly) and Mr. Alexander Litz during breakfast times made me feel like home and being a friend of them! Last but not least, the cleaningness of my hotel room and the unforgettable breakfasts made me determined to stay again when I am back to Vienna in the future. I rate the hotel, especially the staff members I mentioned above with full marks!! Well done boys and girl!!!!

The slim and blond girl-receptionist (sorry for forgetting her name) who provided excellent service which was full of caring and warmth, and the superb services provided by Mr. Alejandra(may be I spelled wrongly) and Mr. Alexander Litz during breakfast times made me feel like home and being a friend of them! Last but not least, the cleaningness of my hotel room and the unforgettable breakfasts made me determined to stay again when I am back to Vienna in the future. I rate the hotel, especially the staff members I mentioned above with full marks!! Well done boys and girl!!!!

Located steps from the Naschmarkt and only two metro stops from Stephansplatz, the location is perfect! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my family of four was oriented. Rooms were comfortable and there is a nice garden to relax or enjoy a beverage after your day exploring Vienna.
