Personel is extremely helpful,nice ,Good open bufett breakfast,fast 2 elevator ,my fav hotel in Vienna
3 problem 1— internet service / Poor ..2— You cant lock your door from inside while sleeping 3— Some elctrical outlet in The Room .( You cant turn off lights fron bed ) ..
