The website should say that the reception closes at 10pm for check-in. Luckily, my bus arrived in time for me to check in.
The hotel lobby is well-decorated. Its location is very convenient. The room is clean and quiet. My room was right next to the elevator but I couldn't hear a thing.

Good to stay and easy to go to Liechtenstein. Close to train station and many bus access. Breakfast is good and have a very beautiful place to have it. A bottle of water provided in room everyday.

The bathroom needed a bit of TLC, although it was clean. The breakfast was adequate, but a little overpriced. No tea or coffee in the rooms, so you had to buy it from the bar.

Lovely hotel. Very well situated within Feldkirch. 10 mins from the bus and train station and 5 mins from the town centre. The hotel was well decorated / maintained. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was nice with hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay in the hotel again if visiting Feldkirch. Thank you.

reception desk staff were friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early. in the evening we enjoyed a beer at the bar and the staff was great.
Hotel is conveniently located close to the Swiss & Liechtenstein border which made it great for us.

The place has antique furnishings and interesting levels probably because of many additions over the centuries, great breakfast but they are strict about taking anything home from the buffet; cappuccino watery; no heat control in rooms, chair ripped, needs new rugs, inconsistent WiFi- convenient location in town center, parking available; paid at property- which worried me since I have never done that through hotels.com
