We founded this hotel so convinient, that there's no way we cannot give a 5 Stars review. From the convinient train stops to the center, great breakfast, cozy room, easy location for food ordering. We also want to congratulate María at reception, he helpep us big time setting the transport app and her transportation advice was the best,great attitude, amazing person, more employees should follow her example.

Helpful staff, packed but nice room, has all the basic you need. Good breakfast. The location is not very close to city center and all the attractions, but there are tram stops around. Worth of money.

Der var intet i vejen med personale eller renlighed vi boede på 2 sal .hotellet ligger virkeligt dårligt . Lige ud for vores vindue på 2 sal køre toget. vejen bliver om natten omdannet til en racerbane med højt musik fra bilerne .så forvent ikke man får sin skønhedssøvn der er vildt meget alarm som man ikke bare sover fra . Vinduerne tager intet lyd jeg troede faktisk de var åbne

Excellent staff, were very helpful, Maria especially. Hotel is centrally located, tram is just 30 second (Nusdorfer Strasse) and in front of the hotel and train is about 10 min walk (Spittelau station).

カウンターが2つあるが、いつも混雑していてチェックインとチェックアウトに時間がかかる。部屋はきれいだったが、冷蔵庫がなくて不便だった。鉄のシャワーヘッドが経年劣化なのか誰かが落として割れたのか知らないが尖っている部分があって親指を切った。血が止まらないので絆創膏をもらいにカウンターへ行ったが、22時だというのにカウンターで15分も待たされた。残念ながらアジア人は歓迎されておらず、後回しにされるのかもしれない。サービスも施設も最悪、立地もそこまで良くないので二度と利用しないと思う。
