We had a really nice stay here. The staff was super helpful and we needed some tickets printed and we ate the breakfast which was pretty diverse and had a lot of options. Pillows were a bit flat for me, but there was an extra in the closet. Overall would really recommend and advise people to get the vienna city pass as this apot is very close to a bunch of transit options.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but luckily it's close to metro station. It's better for those who want to enjoy quiet environment. Also, a supermarket is just nest to the hotel. It's convenient to buy some food or so. The room is a bit small, but neat and clean. The staff is nice and helpful. :)

Positive: Good location, close to public transport.The price is reasonable for what is offered. Pet friendly.
What should be improved:
The rooms are clean, but the hotel needs deep cleaning or some things should be changed, like carpets or slowly replace some things etc., because many things are worn out.
Not so good:
On the first day, there was an unpleasant situation with the parking because the administrator did not open access to the parking area until it was paid for. As a result, we had to look for a place on the street to park the car and go to the hotel to make the payment. In other hotels, such formalities are usually handled during check-in, so this procedure caused unnecessary inconvenience. It was also unpleasant to wait for the administrator, who was not at their workplace at that moment.
Breakfast this time left an average impression. The coffee machine is still slow... Also, on some mornings certain products were missing, such as scrambled eggs, cold milk, and yogurt. It would be good to pay more attention to breakfast service and timely replenishment of products.

A pet friendly hotel with park benches in front and a dog park within walking distance.The rooms though small are functional. Fast Wifi, polite staff with speedy check in and check out services. The breakfast is basic though the bacon was burnt one of the days I was there. Not much variety for the breakfast buffet, still functional. Extra services like getting an iron +ironing board requires a 20 euro deposit. Proximity to the subway and Meidling train station is a plus. There is a Grocery store and an Apotheke nearby. Overall, a good place to stay.

Odalarda temizlik berbat yataklar kırıktı.Özellikle kahvaltıda masaları silip temizleyen bayan bize hep küfür edip ırkçılık yaptı.Kesinlikle gitmeyin tatilimizi berbat ettiler.
