För våra behov var hotellet ett perfekt val. Vi reser med tåg och vill ha nära till stationen. Området känns lugnt. Rummet var rent och bekvämt. Något hårda sängs möjligen, men inget som drar ner vår nöjdhet.

very conveniently located, juz 2 min walk to the train station and 7 min walk to Metro station. Close to restaurants and a supermarket. The room is clean and have USB plug which is good. Would definitely stay here again.

- Nice location, love the interior design of the hotel lobby, great breakfast
- However the water of the shower seems a bit unstable, sometimes it gets suddenly very hot
- Not so helpful staff at the front desk who suggest me to go directly to the tourist Information instead of giving me some more infos about the city visiting
- Nothing else to eat or drink after 23h if we come back late because of the musical show etc, except for the bar, it would be nice if there's a vending machine in the hotel or some hot drink we can make in the room

住宿發生一連串不好的經驗。在Hitels.com的App上訂好住宿三間房，在櫃檯付帳時金額跟原先顯示的不同，我拿App上的金額給櫃檯的小姐看，她先說從來沒有這種價錢，而且我的介面是中文的，她要我給她看英文的；後來又說是因為我的房間有兩個人，要加16歐元，如果要得到App顯示的金額，應該跟其他兩個人要錢，非常不講理。我說會把她們的服務態度反應在住宿評價裡，她們完全不在乎。
第二個不好的經驗是房間入住後沒有冷氣，出門前跟櫃檯反應，回到旅館還是一樣，再反應時得到櫃檯男士的答案是週末沒有人修理，而且當天住滿了，沒辦法換，要我們忍耐一晚。房間非常悶熱，如何忍耐？我們再次反應，這次櫃檯小姐說幫我們換房間，還換大一點的。那位櫃檯男士還告訴我們如果先退房，寄放行李要收費。次日跟另一位男員工確認，他說不用收費。
其實這家旅館設施新，離維也納中央車站非常近，是商旅住宿相當好的選擇。但是碰上不給力的員工，讓住宿經驗大大打折，這是旅館管理階層要好好再教育的。

bedroom was comfortable, clean, well maintained. Standard room has no mini fridge nor coffee maker, but has air conditioning. if you are looking for a lobby with access to free cool water during the very hot summer months, there is none but there is a liquor bar. paper cups were used in our room in lieu of glass ones. you can check out by leaving your room keys inside a drop box. this property is easy to find and very close to the Vienna Central Station. This is also close to shops and walking distance to some interesting places to check out like antique shops and restaurants.
